NC- PAL is a collaboration between NC Department of Health and Human Services and Duke Psychiatry. It is a behavioral health telephone consultation program available to pediatric health care providers. 

Based on the North Carolina State of Emergency established through Executive Order (EO) 116, NC Medicaid implemented temporary changes to clinical policy to support providers and beneficiaries during the COVID-19 State of Emergency.

It is important to contract with health plans in advance of NC Medicaid Tailored Plan launch on Dec. 1, 2022
