A report from the American Academy of Pediatrics explains the possible causes behind vaccine hesitancy and suggests ways to address different types of concerns.

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 public health emergency, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) is implementing three new diagnosis codes into the International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) for reporting COVID-19 vaccination status, effective April 1, 2022.

HRSA has collaborated with the CDC to create a Checklist for Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccination. It includes helpful information and tips including resources, readiness reminders and guidance on vaccine supply and administration to children.
