What we put in our minds and bodies has both immediate and downstream effects on our health and wellness. And the body is the highest resolution feedback from how we have been living the last 6 months. The good news is that we have a lot of control over what goes in our bodies, and ultimately what we get back from it. And we have a lot more information and resources to become more aware of how healthy are those inputs.
