Our dedicated Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Staff recently embarked on a refreshing retreat, where they engaged in invigorating team-building exercises and meaningful discussions on effective collaboration.

Everyday our Program Coordinators, Program Assistants, and Finance team work hard to develop programs that are designed to advance the skills of health care professionals in all disciplines, encouraging a comprehensive team approach to patient care. Collaboration is an indispensable aspect of our work.

Staff gathered at Graylyn Estate in Winston-Salem and they were charged with building a bike in groups and even got to try the bikes out with the "Tour de Graylyn".  Assembling a bike can be challenging for sure. It takes patience, problem solving, and a group effort then teams must then competed in the Tour De Graylyn race filled with challenging obstacles!

All the bikes were double checked for assembly and donated to local non-profits in the community.
