The 26th annual Share the Health Fair, sponsored by Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, Wake Forest University School of Medicine and the Northwest Area Health Education Center, will be held Saturday, Nov. 8th.
Share the Health Fair is an annual, one-day free health fair organized by students to offer health screenings, educational services, and community resources for members of the Winston-Salem community who may otherwise be unable to be seen by a healthcare provider.
No insurance or appointments required. Volunteer providers from Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist will be on site to help answer any questions.
Services include:• Preventive health screenings
• Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
• Dental evaluations
• Mental health resources
• Health education and referrals
• Free over-the-counter medications
• Goody bag with produce and toiletries
• Free childcare during the event
