- Continuing Education Coordinator (Interprofessional) - Provides for the planning of educational activities and workforce initiatives for healthcare providers serving within the 17 county region of Northwest AHEC. - Continuing Education Coordinator (CME) - Plan and coordinate programs for the Office of Continuing Medical Education (OCME) and Northwest Area Health Education Center (AHEC). - Quality Improvement Specialist - Performs tasks key to the clinical transformation. Performs quality improvement efforts to improve quality of care, reduce cost of care, enhance patient experience of care and improve provider satisfaction. Responsible for designing a data-driven, strategic approach to continuous quality improvement (CQI) based on identification of gaps in care, perceived ability to measurably improve with resources available, potential to impact multiple settings/ease of replication or spread. - Program Assistant - Provides non-clinical support in the daily operation of the department.
