"A picture is worth a thousand words."

A CPT II code can also tell a story about work your practice has done with your patients.

Was your patient with diabetes found to have a Hemoglobin A1c of less than 7.0%?

After you congratulate them on their success, tell the story on the claim with 3044F!

Today we share a quick reference guide (from WellCare) on this and other CPT II codes that you can use when reporting a variety of measures.

No one would say "I'm so proud that my blood pressure is 3074F / 3078F! "

But to payers and quality agencies, that means it was <130 systolic / <80 diastolic.

Use the reference to help you tell the story!
