Medicaid Managed Care Webinar Series: Dental Provider Educational Session

The NC Medicaid Dental Policy Team and the Office of Compliance & Program Integrity (OCPI) Team will host a Dental Provider Educational Session for Dentists/ Specialty Dentists, Office Managers, Front Desk/Insurance Coordinators, Dental Hygienists, and Dental Assistants on Friday, May 6.
The NC Medicaid Dental Policy Team will inform providers of any new updates in the dental policy, while OCPI will explain its vision and mission, and how it handles compliance in Medicaid. The dental pre-payment vendor, The Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence, and dental post payment review program, Public Consulting Group, will expound on the process of pre-payment and post payment review.
