If you are unable to meet the new deadline, you may be eligible for a temporary hardship extension. Complete the hardship extension form or find out more here.

The following provider types will have the hardship extension automatically granted:

  • Chiropractors

  • Children’s Developmental Services Agencies

North Carolina’s new, modernized health information exchange, NC HealthConnex, delivers added value to conversations happening at all levels in the health care industry. It breaks down information silos between providers, achieves greater outcomes for patients and creates efficiencies in state-funded programs such as Medicaid.
