Exciting Collaborative Learning Opportunity for State Designated Rural Health Centers

The Office of Rural Health (ORH) and North Carolina Area Health Education Center (AHEC) invite you to participate in no-charge educational offerings to learn more about screening for unmet social needs, NCCARE360, and human service organizations in the region.

Select from 7 online lectures, available via your computer or mobile device that feature recorded webinars from experts from the community and representatives from NCCARE360. One activity (Screening and Intervening for Unmet Social Needs) mixes recorded material with participant engagement and online access to evidence-based resources. If you are a current CA II provider, you are also eligible for reimbursement for Unmet Social Needs screenings under the Healthy Opportunities Screening and Referral program through June 2021.
