One activity (Screening and Intervening for Unmet Social Needs) mixes recorded material with participant engagement and online access to evidence-based resources. If you are a current CA II provider, you are also eligible for reimbursement for Unmet Social Needs screenings under the Healthy Opportunities Screening and Referral program through June 2021.
