Reminder: Applications for the 2020 Promoting Interoperability Hardship and Extreme and Uncontrollable Circumstances Exception are Due December 31, 2020. If you are interested in applying for a Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) Promoting Interoperability Hardship Exception or Extreme and Uncontrollable Circumstances Exception for the 2020 Performance Year of MIPS, you must submit your application to CMS by Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. ET.

Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA): Employer Paid Leave Requirements: FFCRA (Act) requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave or expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19.[1] The Department of Labor’s (Department) Wage and Hour Division (WHD) administers and enforces the new law’s paid leave requirements.
