Contains 15-minute microlearning activities that focus on high priority health conditions (overdose deaths, obesity/overweight, and prenatal care) as outlined in Healthy North Carolina 2030.

Each of the 15-minute activities uses the Results-Based Accountability framework of 'Turn the Curve' thinking, and can be taken at your own pace from a computer, tablet or smartphone.

Earn 1 CME credit by completing all 4 activities:

  1. Healthy NC 2030 Indicator 10: Decrease Drug Overdose Deaths
  2. Healthy NC 2030 Indicator 13: Reduce Overweight and Obesity
  3. Healthy NC 2030 Indicator 18: Early Prenatal Care
  4. Meeting Challenges to Your Action Plan to Turn the Curve

Activity Content:

  • Background and context of the health indicator
  • Concrete steps you can promptly implement in your daily practice. Things you can do to make a difference and begin to 'Turn the Curve'
  • Extensive resources to support you
  • Tenets of successful action plans
