These Northwest AHEC events bring a moment of serendipity into that pace...space for you to slow down, to breathe, reset, recharge and reconnect with why you do this work in the first place: so you can best serve humanity.
These small group workshops are perfect for busy clinicians, staff, and learners who want a quick and powerful reset and experience self-care tactics to upgrade their workday and work-life balance. You will move, stretch, do voluntary breath exercises, and connect your mind and body with meditation, followed by a delicious lunch.
You are invited to invest in yourself and experience this generative activity focused on mindfulness, resilience, burnout prevention, self‑care, and practical mind–body tactics designed for caregivers across all roles.
