This activity is geared toward medical examiners, forensic practitioners, law enforcement, EMT, attorneys, as well as medical providers on all levels with the aim of improving knowledge around forensically relevant topics.

This year's conference will feature presentations about pediatric death investigations and common causes of death, changes to the State and Local Medical Examiner systems including the new LIS systems, sudden cardiac deaths and toxicology trends within the State of North Carolina.
