What's in your water? What's in your food?

Do you ask yourself these questions when you drink from your tap or when choosing items at the grocery? We know that optimal health starts with literally what you put in your gut. And that has immediate and downstream effects on our health and wellness. We know the body - right now in the present moment -  is the highest resolution feedback we can see how we have been living with our current habits. The good news is that we can invest our time and effort, and have better control over what goes in our body... and ultimately, what we get back from it.

As with everything these days, technology enables access to knowledge while filtering for personalized preferences so we can reduce decision time and take more informed action with what you consume. And...as arguably your most valuable resource,  who doesn't want to save time and make investing in your health more frictionless.

On that note I'd love for you to check out these two recent episodes of the Healthcare Insights podcast that highlight the primary sources of water and food, what concerns to look for, and how we may be better served on a day to day basis considering the good and not so good things in your water. So if you have some time to listen - and listening is cool because you can be active while doing so - check out these podcasts that dive a little deeper in the quality of water and our food consumer decisions here in the United States.
