COVID-FATIGUE: Tired of being cooped up, careful, uncertain and scared

Are you tired of being cooped up? Tired of being careful? Tired of being scared? Our collective fatigue is making some people careless – one reason COVID-19 is rising throughout the U.S.

In a recent survey by the APA, COVID-19 Pandemic is creating a significant source of stress for most Americans. At the end of May, 2020 the US Census Bureau reported a third of Americans are showing signs of clinical anxiety or depression.

Make sure to take steps to manage stress and maintain your well-being. This presentation has a lot of good tips to remember your self-care and improve well-being. 

Maintain good health habits, keep moving, pace yourself, stay connected, nurture social relationships, show compassion for yourself and others, practice acts of kindness, focus on what lifts your spirits, savor life's joys, be present, check body language before speaking, focus on appreciation, and express gratitude.
