Tailored Care Management (TCM) Role with Members Involved in the Criminal Justice System

Join us on January 28, 2022 9-11AM. In this course, we will assist participants in understanding the needs of the justice-involved population. We will provide an overview of mass incarceration, the criminal legal system, and the impact on people who suffer from mental illness and substance use disorder.

Audience

This program is for primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals (psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists), nurses, and other healthcare providers or administrators working in a primary care setting.

2 Hours Contact Hours (category A) CE for NC Psychologists
Northwest AHEC is recognized by the North Carolina Psychology Board as an approved provider of (Category A) Continuing Education for North Carolina Licensed Psychologists. This program will provide 2.0 contact hours of (Category A) continuing education for North Carolina psychologists. No partial credit will be given.
