On Friday, October 23, 2026, Salem College will bring together women leaders, healthcare professionals, educators, and innovators for its fifth H[ealth Leadership Forum](https://www.salem.edu/hlf/) in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The event will offer opportunities to explore current health trends, connect with colleagues, and hear from nationally recognized experts and innovators. The Health Leadership Forum is designed to go beyond a traditional conference experience. Attendees will have opportunities to hear different perspectives on leadership and contemporary health issues while building connections with others who share an interest in advancing health and wellbeing. The day's agenda includes the keynote address “Resilient and Courageous Leadership in Turbulent Times”, a Leadership Roundtable Discussion, and three special topic sessions to choose from: - The Legal Landscape Shaping the Fight Against Plastic Pollution - Securing Water and Sanitation Where It Matters Most - Narrative Medicine: Writing as a Meaningful Part of the Health Professions The forum will also feature a fireside chat, "Restoring Connection as a Foundation for Individual and Collective Wellbeing”.   **Make Connections That Continue Beyond the Forum** Leadership is strengthened when professionals have opportunities to learn from one another.
