New Name - Same Great Conference! 37th Annual Northwest AHEC Respiratory Care Conference

Based on feedback from 2022, the 37th Annual Northwest Respiratory Care Conference (formerly the Annual High Country Conference) will be held virtually on February 15 - 16, 2023.


The purpose of the Annual Northwest AHEC Respiratory Care Conference is to provide a larger perspective on patient care concerns through continuing education sessions that are representative of all levels of expertise in the field.

 

Objectives

Provide up-to-date, patient-centered and evidence-based practices in respiratory care.
Explain the importance of respiratory therapists in improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
Discuss new treatments and advancements associated with respiratory care.

Who Should Participate

This knowledge-based activity is designed for Respiratory Care Practitioners, Respiratory Therapists, Respiratory Therapy students and all other interested healthcare professionals.

 

Registration and Fees

  • $175 – Registration Fee for BOTH Days
  • $100 – Registration Fee for ONE Day Only (Feb. 15 OR 16)
  • $65 – Registration for Students

Credit

Up to 12.0 Contact Hours from Northwest AHEC
           February 15 Only: 6.0 Contact Hours
           February 16 Only: 6.0 Contact Hours

Application has been submitted to the American Association for Respiratory Care for approval of up to 12.0 hours of credit.
Note: AARC membership number is needed in order to obtain AARC credits.
Programs approved for continuing education credit by the AARC are accepted by the North Carolina Respiratory Care Board.
