NWAHEC Receives NCNA Reaccreditation Approval – With Over 25 Years of Recognition

Over the last several months, the Northwest AHEC nurse educators have worked on reviewing and submitting files for the North Carolina Nurses Association’s (NCNA) reaccreditation.

We are happy to announce that the NCNA Accredited Approver Unit has re-approved Northwest AHEC as an Approved Provider of nursing continuing professional development. The approval has been granted for three years, June 1, 2022 through July 1,2025.

This Reaccreditation showcases that Northwest AHEC has been recognized as an Approved Provider Unit by NCNA for over 25 years.
