We’re thrilled to announce that registration is now open for the **Moving Mountains and Community Conference**, taking place **October 13–14, 2025**, with a **preconference day on October 12**, at **Appalachian State University in Boone, NC**.

This two-day, in-person event brings together professionals, caregivers, and advocates to advance care for **children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN)**. Through evidence-based practices, interprofessional collaboration, and family-centered approaches, we aim to improve outcomes and build stronger support systems for CYSHCN and their families.

### 🔍 What to Expect:

- Expert-led sessions on best practices and innovations in CYSHCN care
- Opportunities for networking and collaboration across disciplines
- A dedicated preconference day with focused workshops and training

### 📅 Event Details:

  *Note: Preconference registration is separate and not included in the main conference fee.*
- **Credit:** Northwest AHEC/Wake Forest University School of Medicine OCME will offer up to 17.25 hours of credit for the full conference. The amount of credit varies by day and is subject to change.
