What You Need To Know About COVID-19 Vaccines: A Virtual Community Conversation

We wanted to make sure you saw this important update on what you need to know about COVID-19 Vaccines.

WFDD presented its fourth Virtual Community Conversation on Monday, February 8th, at 3pm. This installment of the virtual event series covered the topic of COVID-19 vaccines, and addressed issues such as the safety of the vaccine, as well as its distribution and rollout. WFDD Assistant News Director Bethany Chafin spoke with a diverse group of panelists from the state, county, and local level: Dr. Mandy Cohen, Dr. Michelle Laws, Dr. Iulia Vann, and Dr. Christopher Ohl.

Chafin led a robust conversation over the course of an hour, that took into account questions submitted by community members, and covered a lot of ground in regards to vaccine effectiveness, the various vaccines that are available or on the horizon, what life after vaccine looks like, and much more.
